CRE8 BTL will be led by Marcel Mancera, serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of expertise in the U.S. and Latin America. Mr. Mancera has built a solid reputation for BTL (Below The Line) marketing in the last decade, having launched EMEGE 10 years ago and rapidly becoming one of the largest event marketing firms in Latin America.
